What is The Clockwork Complex?

The Clockwork Complex is the main hub for all things in the fine arts. Whether it be animation, drawings or even voices; The Clockwork Complex puts priority in making people laugh and happy, whilst also making people think about some minor hidden messages that I put into some of my stories, characters, ideas, etc.
