What I do is cartoonize people and put whatever they'd like in the edit itself. For example, I had cartoonized myself and drew that I was battling Goku on Namek. Whatever your mind, or my mind, can imagine I will be able to deliver. 
I can also make grime edits which consist of dripping-skin, zombie-like features.
